When you eat within the first 30 minutes of waking up you give your metabolism a natural boost, setting you up for a healthy day. If you are always on the go, make a quick smoothie with low-fat yogurt and plenty of fruits and take it with you.

Your schedule is likely jam packed with appointments – why not schedule one with yourself? Right next to your dress fitting, meeting with the caterer and choosing your music with the DJ on your calendar, mark time to work out. All it takes is 30 minutes of vigorous exercise a day to keep your metabolism boosted and your body looking good.
Make Healthy Choices
The months leading up to your wedding are sure to be filled with samples, treats and many celebrations, but do not let them deter you from your goal. No matter how often you end up eating away from home, you can still make wise choices.
